Firmament Supports GPS Dental Platform Expansion

NEW YORK, Jan. 19, 2021 /PRNewswire/ The Firmament Group (“Firmament”), a leading provider of tailored debt and equity capital solutions to small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), announced today an investment in GPS Dental, LLC (“GPS” or the “Company”), a Jonesboro, Arkansas-based dental services organization (DSO) that manages seventeen dental practices across Arkansas, Indiana, and Tennessee.
GPS is led by experienced DSO operators, Dr. Hunter Smith and Dr. William Little, who co-founded the Company in 2015. Attention will turn to the topic of the history of the Irish in the Matamoras area. That group of immigrants brought with them a colorful culture combined with a religious strength and the skill of storytelling. They often took farms near to town which were along the river or high on the hillsides with a panoramic view.
An extremely early family name from Ireland was Collins. John Collins and his son, Henry, arrived in 1803. This was the year of Ohio’s addition as a state and about the time Grandview Township was founded. They arrived by way of Pennsylvania and the two were soon active as township officers.
Thousand of hours of commitment to Cumbria have been recognised in the New Year’s Honours list. Carlisle tourism president Eric Robson was given an OBE, mountain rescue stalwart Ray Griffiths an MBE, and John Kane, Stuart Stokell and William Little received BEMs for their services to their wider communities. Ray Griffiths, 72, of Penruddock village, was awarded an MBE for his work with mountain rescue. He is the national president of Mountain Rescue England and Wales and the longest-serving member of the Patterdale team, which he joined in 1976. His service at regional and national level has been extensive over the years with contributions to the Lake District Search and Mountain Rescue Association, Mountain Rescue Heritage project and the national Mountain Rescue Committee. As chairman of the Conference Committee, he was recognised in 2012 with a Distinguished Service award.

Whanganui s biggest Christmas lunch continues to grow each year, with more than 500 people gathering in the Eulogy Lounge at Wanganui Racecourse for this year s event.
City Mission Whanganui manager Karrie Brown, who has been on deck for the past five Christmas lunches, said it s always a fantastic community get-together and this year it was sold out. Last year was pretty good so I m hoping this year is just as good. They just seem to get better and better. More people know and it s just getting more popular.
