CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A Case Western Reserve University student is facing criminal charges for allegedly severely abusing his cat.
Hiep Pham, 23, was arrested on Thursday at his on-campus apartment in the 1600 block of E. 115th Street.
Phamâs roommate called police to report the abuse.
Cleveland Animal Protective Leauge Officer Joe Dellâanno charged Pham with prohibitions concerning companion animal, cruelty to animals and neglect of animals.
The cat is being treated at the APL for multiple injuries.
