Century 21 New Zealand has announced its real estate
winners for the fourth quarter of 2020, which saw its
high-energy Papakura franchise take out some key
awards.
“Franchise owners Gary Bal and Iresh
Tennakoon only opened Century 21 Local Realty in late 2019.
The team had an incredible first year in and around Papakura
and have now played a starring role in Century 21’s latest
awards,” says Derryn Mayne, Owner of Century 21 New
Zealand.

SunStar January 14, 2021 WE reach a certain point in our young adulthood that we feel like having a credit card is going to make life more convenient and more put-together. Besides, when we start to earn our own money, we also start to have extra spending areas like buying plane tickets, concert tickets, shopping, and so much more. Usually these transactions are easier cashless and through credit cards. For a young adult, this makes us feel liberation and control over things.
But as with any other things, the use of credit cards must be in moderation so as not to drown in debt. The last thing you want to do is to spend your 20s paying off debts.

Every year we do what we describe as a theatre faces to watch feature – a round-up of some of the most exciting new creatives making waves across the performing arts world. These have included writers, directors, sound designers, performers, designers, composers and more. If we do say so ourselves, we have a bit of a track record with some great picks – those listed have often gone on to achieve exciting things.
This year though, it s different. Our arts world has taken a bit of a bruising and though the Cultural Recovery Fund certainly did prop up venues and keep lights on (even when they had to be flicked off and back on with the fluctuating tier guidance), our freelance cohort, in particular, has been deprived of assistance and left to make do where possible.
