Unruly Passenger Arrested at South Dakota Airport It is not unusual to read about a passenger on an airline flight getting booted off of a plane and arrested. It is unusual for it to happen in South Dakota. According to the Rapid City Journal, 41-year-old Mistie Justice Watkins of Daytona Beach Shores, Fla., spent the weekend in jail after an incident that went down at the Rapid City Regional Airport on Friday night. At around 8:50 pm an officer was notified that there was an unruly passenger on a plane. After approaching Justice Watkins, the officer informed her that she was being loud and obnoxious and would be deboarding the plane with the officer. She also indecently exposed herself to other passengers but it isn t clear when in the timeline this occurred or what specific parts of her anatomy she exposed.
