He told Bloomberg he is planning to go back to the Capitol for another protest
Fellows, who used to work in a grocery store in upstate NY, smoked weed on Senator Jeff Merkley s desk
He has not been arrested, nor has Simone Gold or Olympic swimmer Kete Keller
They were all ID d through photos and videos taken at the riot on Wednesday
The DoJ said on Tuesday that hundreds would be charged and may face up to 20 years behind bars

BEACON, NY A Dutchess County man who works at the Brewster Metro-North rail yard is being investigated by the FBI for participating in the storming of the U.S. Capitol Wednesday.
Will Pepe, 31, of Beacon, called out sick to attend the event, the New York Post reported, and has been suspended without pay while the MTA seeks to fire him.
An MTA spokesman told the Post Pepe s conduct was abhorrent and against the values of the agency, the state and the nation.
A Metro-North worker who lives and works in the Hudson Valley who allegedly called in sick to be part of the pro-Trump riots at the United States Capitol has been suspended.The worker, Dutchess County resident Will Pepe, age 31, of Beaco.
