Ara Aivazian was a keynote speaker at the OSCE Forum for Security Cooperation, where he delivered a greeting address announcing Armenia’s presidency. After formal congratulatory remarks and words of gratitude, Armenia’s top diplomat said he regrets that Europe’s security map, which traditionally covered a broader geography extending from Vancouver, Canada to Vladivostok, Russia (and applying also to the OSCE), is now falling short of reflecting the present-day realities.
