DUBAI, 17th December, 2020 (WAM) Air Arabia has won the ‘Low-Cost Airline of the Year’ recognition at the 14th Aviation Business Awards (AVB) gala ceremony held in Dubai.
Air Arabia was adjudged in the ‘Low-Cost Airline of the Year’ category by an expert panel of industry judges for the carrier’s innovation, financial performance, and ambitious growth plans.

The national airline of the UAE scooped three accolades at the Dubai awards.
Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, took home three awards following the Aviation Business Awards held in Dubai. The airline collected the ‘Environmental Initiative of the Year’ award, while its training division Etihad Aviation Training was named ‘Training Provider of the Year’. Etihad Engineering was also recognised with the inaugural ‘Pride of Aviation; award.
