(AP) A 27-year-old Connecticut man has been arrested on charges of setting fire to a building that housed a mental health treatment facility where he lived, police said. Firefighters and police officers were dispatched to a building on High Street in Clinton at 12:45 a.m. Tuesday and found the building fully engulfed in flames, police said. “Emergency responders quickly worked together to determine if any persons were still inside the house; so that a rescue could be attempted, if needed,” Clinton Police Chief Vincent E. DeMaio said in a news release. They determined that one had been injured in the blaze, he said.
