According to the controversial lawmaker, former President Mahama and Asiedu Nketia are the brains behind the fires that have gutted certain markets across the country.
Parts of the Koforidua, Kantamanto, Odawna, Asankragwa, and, lately, Kaneshie have been gutted by fire in December alone and suspicions are rife that they might be arson attacks.
Reacting to the developments on his Net2 TV, Kennedy Agyapong didn’t only threaten to burn former President Mahama and Asiedu Nketia’s houses but also vowed to burn the former president alive before proceeding to hurl insults at him.
He also warned the former National Security Coordinator Gbevlo Lartey’s house located at East Legon if he misbehaves.

The Criminal Investigations Department of the Ghana Police Service has invited the Member of Parliament for Tamale Central, Alhaji Inusah Fuseini, for questioning over comments he made on a media platform, suggesting that the presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr John Dramani Mahama “declares himself president and form a parallel government”.
The CID formally wrote to the Speaker of Parliament, Professor Mike Aaron Oquaye requesting the legislator s presence on Thursday, 24 December 2020 to assist with investigations.

Girl, 3 others grabbed for alleged robbery, murder of taxi driver

Four persons, including a teenage girl, have been arrested by the police for alleged robbery and the gruesome murder of a taxi driver, at Kojo Ashong in Accra.
The suspects are Yakubu Maftaw, 24, also known as (aka) 24/7, Famous Kulakan, 27, aka Rashid, Mohammed Adlu, 22, aka Aminu and Chelsea Boateng, 17, aka She 24/7, girlfriend of Muftaw.
They were reported to have hired the service of Kwadwo Hakim, 49, who was in charge a Daewoo Matiz saloon car with registration number GE 9997-20, but later attacked him, tied him and dumped him into the Densu River.
