California-based Fat Brands has launched in the Houston market. The company has opened a ghost kitchen at Cloud Kitchens’ Blodgett Food Hall, located at 2616 Blodgett St.
Fat Brands operates three delivery-only concepts, available via Uber Eats, Postmates, DoorDash and Grubhub, from the address including Fatburger, Buffalo’s Express, and Hurricane Grill & Wings.
