It’s not quite the raging party they were hoping for, but
Best of Hand Barrelhouse kicks off its anniversary celebration today (March 3rd) at the brewery and taproom in West Seattle.
“In lieu of the big party we expected to have, we’re kicking off our second anniversary TODAY with a week or more of new beers and returning favorites from the cellar!” says Nicholas Marianetti, owner and head cellarman at Best of Hands.

Not long ago,
I posted a story about a new collaboration beer from Ecliptic Brewing and Wayfinder Beer, two damned fine breweries in Portland, Oregon. As to what style of it beer they created, it was dubbed a “Cold IPA,” which I described as a newish style IPA. Truth be told, it did not occur to me that I needed to provide a lot of detail.
