Wawa Launches Limited-Time Beverage to Support Florida Food Bank
WAWA, Pa. Wawa Inc. is offering a limited-time South Florida Sunrise specialty beverage to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Feeding South Florida.
From Feb. 8 through Feb. 21, the handcrafted beverage is available at 28 convenience stores in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami Dade counties.
Feeding South Florida is the leading domestic hunger-relief organization serving Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties and a member of the Feeding America network of food banks.
The South Florida Sunrise is a frozen beverage featuring layers of lemonade, strawberry and orange flavors. A portion of proceeds from each sale, up to $10,000, will support local hunger relief efforts.

TAMPA, Fla. To celebrate Tampa s hometown team playing on its home field in the Super Bowl on Feb. 7, Wawa Inc. is offering customers multiple ways to build excitement for the game while giving back to the Tampa community.
On game day, 70 Tampa-area Wawa locations will offer customers one free any size coffee or fountain beverage until kickoff time at 6:30 p.m. Customers can also enjoy a special discount of $10 off any Catering Hoagie Box or Hoagie Box Bundle ordered ahead and picked up on game day.

Wawa Celebrates Opening of Its First Drive-Thru Only Store
WAWA, Pa. Wawa Inc. celebrated the grand opening of is first-ever standalone drive-thru location on Jan. 8.
Located at 549 W. Trenton Ave. in Morrisville, Pa., the store offers extra convenience and focuses on fresh food while retaining key Wawa design elements such as its trademarked canopy, according to Pennsylvania-based retailer.
The new store, which offers drive-thru service and curbside pickup only, follows the Dec. 18 opening of Wawa s first standard convenience store with a drive-thru. That location operates in Westampton, N.J.
The drive-in celebration was held outside the store and featured remarks from Wawa President and CEO Chris Gheysens, as well as Falls Township officials and members of the community. They were followed by a ceremonial passage of Wawa s 1918 antique milk truck through the drive-thru to signify the company s evolution from its dairy farm roots of delivering milk to its latest prototy
