Nobu Signs Hotel in Hamburg, Germany
(24 Feb 2021) Nobu, the lifestyle brand founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, has signed a hotel in Hamburg, Germany.
The hotel will be located within the Elbtower, a mixed-use development rising 245m and 64 stories over the River Elbe.
Designed by celebrated architectural firm, David Chipperfield Architects, the Elbtower will also feature a variety of retail shops, restaurants, and co-working spaces.

Udaan bets big on lifestyle segment, adds one lakh businesses in 2020
Over 250 sellers at Udaan achieved sales worth Rs 1 crore in 2020 under the lifestyle category. It now has about 2 lakh businesses under this segment.

B2B ecommerce major Udaan on Sunday said it
added about one lakh new businesses last year on the platform under its lifestyle segment through which
over 230 million products were shipped.
The Lightspeed-backed company has also
seen over 250 sellers under the category achieve sales worth Rs 1 crore in 2020. We are glad that despite the global pandemic and its adverse impact, Udaan kept the wheels of small businesses across Bharat moving by leveraging the power and scale of ecommerce, Udaan Head (Lifestyle Business) Kumar Saurabh told PTI.
