He will be appearing at Saint Lukes on Bain Street on 29 May to talk about this novel The Storm. Ellroy will be interviewed by Scottish crime writer Doug Johnstone. It is the second novel in Ellroy s second LA Quartet, a historical crime novel set in Los Angeles and Mexico after the attack on Pearl Harbour.
