The
Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War Warzone Season Four roadmap is officially here, giving us a look at what’s coming this week and over the next couple months of both games. New maps, modes, and a limited-time event support the next step of the narrative, while a new round-based Zombies map coming mid-season will push the Dark Aether storyline forward. There are also plenty of new weapons to earn, and plenty of other surprises to come when Season Four launches on June 17th.

Action heroes have come to Verdansk in
Call of Duty: Warzone’s new season 3 Reloaded patch. The patch that adds John McClane and John Rambo also brings some of their iconic locations to the Verdansk ’84 map, and makes some important balance adjustments.
Warzone’s most notable addition is all of its new ’80s Action Hero content, which includes
Die Hard’s Nakatomi Plaza, now located in the downtown section of Verdansk ’84. The structure is
Warzone’s
largest building ever, and it has five playable floors ripped from the original movie for players to explore. Verdansk ’84 also has several outposts styled like ones in

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and
Call of Duty: Warzone are both getting their big mid-season updates soon with the release of Season Three Reloaded. The contents of those updates are already known to include things like Rambo and more that Activision outlined this week, but we also know now the sizes of the updates and the times that they’ll be released so that Call of Duty players can plan accordingly.
That kind of information is useful for any game, but it’s especially useful when it comes to Call of Duty since there are several games to factor into the sizes of the experience. Those games take up quite a bit of room already, so it’s worth planning ahead for the sizes of the updates if you need to so that you’re not stuck with a late download and some tough erasure decisions to make when clearing room for new content.
‘80s Action Heroes
Two sets of nine challenges and rewards are available across Black Ops Cold War and Warzone during the ‘80s Action Heroes event starting May 20th.
Complete all nine Black Ops Cold War challenges to unlock a tactical rifle Weapon Blueprint, and complete all nine Warzone challenges to unlock a Sniper rifle Weapon Blueprint.
MODES
Power Grab, a Limited-Time Mode
What if we dialed up the intensity of Warzone to true Hollywood extremes? In Power Grab, you must eliminate other Operators, complete Contracts, and loot Supply Boxes around Verdansk to find Dog Tags. By collecting Dog Tags, you will work your way up a reward ladder that will give you the edge you need to win, including the personal Respawn Token. You’ll have to use everything you’ve got to control the flag that spawns during the final circle – calling in an Exfil Helicopter. True to the BR experience, you can also choose to hunt every single other Operator until you‘re the last one standing.
