Should smart teams stop valuing WRs as highly given that you can find quality talent on Day 2 or Day 3? This was a really interesting question to me, and one that I have been struggling more with in recent years. Especially at the WR position, more and more, I find myself identifying what I believe are competent players deeper in each draft. This year, I see guys like Warren Jackson (Colorado State), Josh Palmer (Tennessee), Tre Walker (SJSU), Amari Rogers (Clemson), Tylan Wallace (OK State), and others as good value picks later in the draft. This prompts me to not want to draft a WR highly.
