I absolutely LOVE to watch and support our local teams, especially the Miami Marlins since I ve had such a long history with the team starting back when they were the Florida Marlins and played at Joe Robbie Stadium! In fact, it was through this team that my career in radio began. I used to take my dancers from GiGi s Academy to perform on Family Sundays at the games. It was free promo for my business and after the show we d all stay and watch the game which was a blast. During one of those performances the Programing Director for Radio Disney saw me MCing the show, entertaining the fans as they came in, and keeping the energy high on the stage and he offered me a job on the station s promotion s team, which eventually led to me being on air and 8 years later to my home now in iHeartRadio.
