May I remind the Poland Sound off writer about late mail that President Trump publicly declared his intention to slow deliveries. His aim was to block the timely arrival of ballots, mostly sent by Democrats, so they could not be counted. Trump appointed Postmaster General Louis DeJoy to dismantle or destroy mail sorting machines around the country for which we citizens paid. Slow mail? Blame Trump. He did it to benefit himself. In a Dec. 20 letter to the editor, a writer talks about far-left comments being lies. It’s not backed up with facts. A comment the writer made was that he doesn’t think Joe Biden will fulfill his term, and we will have Kamala Harris as our president. Why doesnt he say what he means? That we would have a woman for president. That comment is a disgrace to all women and warrants an apology.
