A New Jersey state appeals court on Wednesday said a Sky Zone trampoline park cannot use an arbitration agreement signed by the mother of a boy's friend to keep his own mother from pursuing a lawsuit in court alleging the facility's negligence caused the child to fracture his leg.
Sky Zone launches Little Leapers program for kids six and under

JACKSON TWP. – Sky Zone in the Belden Village area has launched a new program for kids ages six and under called Little Leapers, which is the reimagined version of the previously offered Toddler Time.
The new program allows parents and kids 6 and under to explore, play and grow together at the trampoline park for $10 per toddler and $5 per adult.
The Little Leapers program offers a mix of structured and unstructured activities to create a fun environment that promotes the development of valuable skills including coordination, balance, teamwork, creativity and communication.
San Nicolas was seen on video surveillance rummaging around the victim s belongings before leaving Sky Zone with his family, the complaint said.
One of the Sky Zone employees told the victim the man was San Nicolas, which led her to search for him on Facebook. She found a profile that matched San Nicolas description and showed it to the police. Officers then searched their own database and found a photograph that matched the photo on Facebook, the complaint said.
The next day, officers pulled over a car in Dededo with expired registration tags and they identified San Nicolas in the front passenger seat. While one officer spoke with the woman who was driving, another officer saw San Nicolas moving around with something under the seat, the complaint said.

No further action was deemed necessary as the children were aged 9 and 10.

Police were called to a fight between two children in Maple Grove in which they also exchanged racist insults.
That s according to Maple Grove Police Department, which said it was called to the Sky Zone indoor trampoline park on Friday, April 16, after a report of an altercation.
The incident involved two children, aged 9 and 10, whose parents were called as a result, with Maple Grove PD noting that due to their age, no criminal charges will be brought.
