In a recent interview, director Vetrimaaran has revealed that the shoot of Vaadi Vasal, an upcoming film with Suriya is getting delayed mainly because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Vetri says that the film requires 500 to 1000 people on the set so, the director doesn t want to take any risk. We are waiting for the vaccine and people to return to normalcy. If everyone goes well, the shoot will begin very soon , said Vetrimaaran, who confirmed that he will kick start Vaadi Vasal only after completing his ongoing film with Soori and a new film for Elred Kumar s RS Infotainment.
