A WOMAN has told how a torched car outside her home caused a gas leak and meant residents from two streets were evacuated in case of an explosion. Emergency services were sent to Walker Street, in Bowburn, after the Toyota Rav-4 was set alight outside Gemma Bennett’s house. The alarm was raised by the 25-year-old after a disturbance.
