WA Health has reported no new cases of COVID-19 overnight.
The State’s total stands at 1048.
There are now nine active COVID-19 cases being monitored by WA Health: one case is in hotel quarantine and eight cases remain aboard the BBC California currently berthed at Fremantle Port.
All 10 positive COVID-19 cases from the vessel, including two that are no longer active, have now been confirmed as the Delta strain.
To date, 1030 people have recovered from the virus in WA.

Fifteen active COVID-19 cases are being monitored by WA Health: 10 cases remain aboard the BBC California currently berthed at Fremantle Port and five cases in hotel quarantine. The seafarer from the MV Emerald Indah has been cleared of COVID-19 and remains in a stable condition in a Perth hospital.
To date, 1024 people have recovered from the virus in WA.
Testing clinics
Yesterday, 1188 people were swabbed at State-run clinics.
To date there have been 1,480,747 COVID-19 tests performed in WA. Of those, 179,103 were from regional WA.
If permitted entry, you must self-quarantine at a suitable premises for 14 days. If a suitable premises is not available, you will be directed to a government-approved quarantine facility at your own expense.
Approved travellers are subject to a COVID-19 test within 48 hours of arrival and on day 12 of quarantine, or at any point when symptoms develop. A mask must be worn while travelling to and from a COVID Clinic.
You must wear a mask from when you enter WA until you arrive at a suitable self-quarantine premises or government-approved quarantine facilities. In addition, if travelling by air, you must also wear a mask on the flight while in WA airspace and while inside the airport (with some exceptions – e.g. children under the age of 12 are not required to wear a mask).
