Des Moines, Ia- A recent study has shown that Iowa ranks number 1 as the state with the fewest statewide COVID-19 restrictions.
The study, conducted by WalletHub.com and released on Monday, April 5th, compares the 50 states and the District of Columbia across 13 key metrics. Those metrics include such things as public mask requirements, workplace temperature screenings, travel restrictions, etc.
The study showed that in terms of all these metrics, Iowa was the state that had the fewest public restrictions surrounding COVID-19.

According to the list, Wyoming ranks behind only Iowa and Florida for fewest restrictions.
States with the most restrictions include Vermont, Washington D.C., Delaware, Virginia, and Washington.
With states opening up more but a full reopening only possible once most of the population has been vaccinated, the personal-finance website WalletHub today released updated rankings for the States with the Fewest Coronavirus Restrictions.
