This innovative partnership will allow the City of Wetaskiwin to build on employee knowledge to enhance service delivery to the local community. “We’re excited to partner with NorQuest College, and also aspire to support local training providers through this innovative approach,” said Leah Latimer, Manager of Human Resources with the City of Wetaskiwin. “This community-centric training model will provide increased professional development opportunities for City employees which ultimately strengthens the City’s service delivery.”
