[VOTE] Once and For All NJ, Is It Taylor Ham or Pork Roll?
I asked a simple question of a co-worker this afternoon. The response I got was unexpected. Is it, Pork Roll or Taylor Ham? The response? Oh don t even get me started. It s TAYLOR HAM!!! Then 94.3 The Point midday personality Nicole Murray again exclaimed and re-affirmed Taylor Ham with a smile on her face. After asking a few more co-workers, it became clear to me that we had a real difference of opinion on our hands.
I was born and raised on Long Island. We had ham, egg, and cheese. I don t recall either Taylor Ham or Pork Roll, but my co-workers here at the Jersey Shore sure do! And their opinions are pretty strong.

Bagels are such a popular food item here in New Jersey, at the Jersey Shore and around the nation. I do think we have the best bagels here at the Jersey Shore hands down!
Everyone has there personal preference when it comes to their favorite bagels. My favorites include the everything bagel and the french toast bagel. I always enjoy cream cheese on my bagels and I like the veggie cream cheese with bits of vegetables in it, very tasty! Nothing better then a good bagel and a coffee on a Sunday morning..perfect way to start your Sunday. Sue Moll likes her bagels a bit different. Sue likes butter and strawberry jelly on her bagels. Have you ever put jelly on your bagels? I don t think I d like that combo . I ll stick to the cream cheese lol

So over the last few weeks we had visits with some new friends from the North Pole. Just in time for Christmas we had the chance to check in with Santa and his helpers. Of course we all know Santa, but we had the chance to meet a few new friends that help the big guy each year.
Sonny the Elf is the chipper and always enthusiastic elf who is always up for the challenge. Sonny was quick to help us and he wanted to get Sue off the naughty list. Sonny was always there for a pep talk and to get Sue to ”be a good girl”.
Ok let’s picture this..a huge Chevy Caprice station wagon. The one with three rows of seats and the curved windows in the back and three young boys getting restless on a drive and driving Mom and Grandma crazy. This sound familiar during the 70’s lol
