OTHER ACTION: Authorized the following items to be disposed by internet auction: 1993 Chevy truck, 2000 Ford F650, 2011 Dodge Nitro, UHF Kendall Mobile Radios and police light bars. Passed a resolution to amend the structure of the board of trustees of the Ashland County Transportation Improvement District (ACTID) and authorized the following re-appointments for two-year terms to the board of trustees of the ACTID: Shane Kremser, city engineer, and Steve Uhler, Montgomery Township trustee. They also authorized to the board: Aaron Pauly, coordinator Ashland Area Economic Development, to replace Kathy Goon; Matt Young, Loudonville Village Council; and Jarrod White as the member at large
