DANVILLE, Va. â Sovah Health Tuesday announced that Spencer Thomas will join its team as chief executive officer (CEO) at Sovah Health â Martinsville (SHM) in August.
Thomas joins SHM from Central Carolina Hospital (CCH) in Sanford, NC, where he has served as CEO since 2017. He will replace Tory Shepherd, chief operating officer (COO) of SHM, who has been serving as interim CEO. Shepherd will continue her role as COO following the transition.
