UPDATE Montour, Union county offices closed today; Northumberland offices on delay

Valley leaders called for snow emergencies across the region as a snowstorm predicted to dump up to two feet of snow on the region moved out of the area. This morning, Northumberland County Commissioners announced all county offices will open two hours later and liberal leave is in place. Also this morning, Union County officials said all county government offices will be closed today, including the courthouse, the government center, the Mifflinburg Government Center and the Resource Center. Montour County offices are also closed today, according to chief clerk Holly Brandon.
