New Route For 2021 Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo Parade After being cancelled in 2020, the 2021 Central Wyoming Fair and PRCA Rodeo is sure to be bigger and better than ever before. Another annual tradition that was lost to 2020 was the Fair and Rodeo parade! This year the parade is also back and happening, July 13th at 10am on the streets of Casper! The Central Wyoming fair and PRCA Rodeo will kick off Friday July 9th and wrap with the PRCA Rodeo Finals on July 17th. What would the Fair & Rodeo comes the Fair & Rodeo be without a Parade winding through downtown Casper. This years parade theme is

(Dan Cepeda, Oil City File) CASPER, Wyo. – The downtown in Wyoming’s energy sector is blamed for a sizable net migration loss that is reflected in the 2020 census numbers that were released today. According to a release from Wyoming’s Economic Analysis Division, Wyoming’s population grew just 2.3 percent between 2010 and 2020, mainly due to the natural increase of 72,000 births minus 47,000 deaths. Total population growth was 13,225. The release says Wyoming 11,800 more residents left Wyoming than moved into the State between 2010 and 2020. In contrast, the population increased 14.1 percent between 2000 and 2010.
