State Rep. Vanna Howard On Feb. 15, I sent an urgent letter to Gov. Charlie Baker, asking that he designate our community health care centers, community hospitals, senior centers, and primary care offices across the Commonwealth to receive prioritized allocations of the approved vaccines. I was pleased to have several of my colleagues on Beacon Hill join me in this letter. Unfortunately, the Baker administration did not respond. They could have utilized existing community institutions and this common sense plan. Now, weeks later, with time lost, the course has again been reversed and the governor has now moved in this direction.
