The year 2020 will certainly go down in the history books as one of the most challenging years of modern existence. On 23 and 24 March 2020, The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) took steps to preserve the health and safety of its stakeholders by activating its Business Continuity plan which saw the transition to working from home and remote trading in response to the spread of the COVID-19. You must submit SUSARs in Great Britain and in Northern Ireland to the MHRA in one of the following ways:
If you intend to submit SUSARs using one of the new reporting routes, you must register.
For trials ongoing in both the UK and in European member states dual reporting is needed. You will need to report each SUSAR to both the MHRA and relevant member states, as well as to the European Medicines Agency’s (EMA’s) Eudravigilance Clinical Trial Module (EVCTM).
Year Ended 30 September 2020 At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on 17 December 2020, the final accounts for the year ended 30 September 2020 were approved, details of which follow. The financial information set out in the announcement does not constitute the statutory accounts for the year ended 30 September 2020 or 2019, but is derived from those accounts. Statutory accounts for 2019 have been delivered to the Jersey Registrar of Companies, and those for 2020 will be delivered in early 2021. The auditor reported on the accounts for both years and their reports were unmodified. A final dividend of 9.70p on the Ordinary and A Ordinary shares in respect of the year ended 30 September 2020 was recommended (2019: 9.25p)
