Microsoft releases experimental Windows 10 Build 21277 with new emoji and x64 emulation on ARM PCs
From now, Windows 10 Insiders on the Dev Channel currently have the choice of installing preview builds from the FE RELEASE or RS PRERELEASE branches. By default, Insiders will get flights like new Build 20277 from the FE RELEASE branch, but you can switch to RS PRERELEASE if you’re feeling more adventurous.
To get the alternative download, Build 21277, you will have to actively choose to download it via Windows Update. Be warned though, once you’ve switched to RS PRERELEASE you won’t be able to download FE RELEASE builds any more.

Hello Windows Insiders, today we are releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview
Build 21277 (RS PRERELEASE) to Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel.
As mentioned here, we are giving Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel the option to receive builds from the RS PRERELEASE branch. These builds will be offered as an optional update through the “seeker” experience in Windows Update. This means Insiders will have to go
and choose to install the currently offered RS PRERELEASE build. Once they do, they will continue to receive RS PRERELEASE builds going forward. This optional experience for receiving RS PRERELEASE builds is just temporary – we plan to move all Insiders in the Dev Channel back to receiving builds from RS PRERELEASE sometime after the holidays. As a reminder, Dev Channel builds are not matched to a specific Windows 10 release.
