INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) Inside of Indy’s Kitchen, a place where chefs from the city can get their ideas off the ground, is a private chef with a catering business that’s getting a lot of attention in Indianapolis.
The Le’Noir Experience, founded by Amber Le’Noir, first got started in July. “It’s just basically the childhood foods that I grew up on,” Le’Noir said. “I come from a family of great cooks beginning with my grandmother, the late Ella Mae Williams, to my parents and my sister Arienne.”
However, although cooking seems to run in her blood, she had her doubts. That’s when her friend and hairstylist, Porscha Williams, wouldn’t take “no” for an answer. “(I) shared with her my passion and she believed in my vision and gave me my first private chef opportunity and it’s been a blessing ever since.”
