The Le’Noir Experience, founded by Amber Le’Noir, first got started in July. “It’s just basically the childhood foods that I grew up on,” Le’Noir said. “I come from a family of great cooks beginning with my grandmother, the late Ella Mae Williams, to my parents and my sister Arienne.” However, although cooking seems to run in her blood, she had her doubts.
