HIT AND RUN
EPHRATA: Julie A. Stoe, 45, of Lancaster, was charged with accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle after she was identified as the driver of a Jeep Wrangler who struck another vehicle in the 300 block of North Reading Road at 1:03 p.m. on Jan. 24 and then fled the area, police said. Stoe was picked out of a photo line-up, police said.

ASSAULT
MANHEIM TWP.: Kireen R. Hargrove, 34, of Lancaster, was charged with simple assault after punching another person in the face three times in the 1400 block of Harrisburg Pike at 9:58 p.m. on Dec. 5, police said. The blows caused the person to temporarily lose their peripheral vision, police said.
ASSAULT
CHRISTIANA: Alfredo Zermeno-Padillas, 29, of Christiana, was charged with assault and five other charges after a domestic incident involving a woman in the area of Noble Road and South Bridge Street at 9:10 p.m. on Feb. 10, police said. Investigators discovered that Zermeno-Padillas had been violent toward the woman multiple times, police said.
DUI
CHRISTIANA: Brian Christopher Burke, 44, of Coatesville, was charged with DUI and five other traffic offenses after failing a field sobriety test and a preliminary breath test after being pulled over on North Bridge Street and Harrison Avenue at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 5, police said. Burke was originally pulled over because his vehicle had several equipment violations, police said.
BURGLARY
EAST COCALICO TWP.: Kyle E. Smith, 19, of Mountville, and Sebastian Cndelario, 19, of Blandon, were charged with multiple counts of burglary, theft and criminal mischief after breaking into ST Nails salon in the 900 block of North Reading Road just after 2 a.m. on Sept. 20 and taking about $500 in cash, police said. The two then attempted to break into another business but were scared off by an alarm system, police said.
DRUG CHARGES
EAST COCALICO TWP.: Justin R. Monick, 26, of West Lawn, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia after authorities were called to the 2500 block of North Reading Road on Jan. 21 at 9:44 p.m. for a report of a man running down the road yelling for help, police said. Officers found Monick, who claimed there were âspirits in the (hotel) room,â police said.
