Houston-based developer Hines is heading to North Fort Worth for its next Dallas-Fort Worth project.
Hines in the last few years has been growing its industrial building footprint in North Texas.
The commercial property firm recently sold a large distribution center in southern Dallas County.
Now Hines is planning a new warehouse project north of Alliance Airport near State Highway 114.
The more than 668,000-square-foot Northlink Logistics Center will cost almost $26 million and is planned to start construction late this year, according to planning documents filed with the state.
