法院审理认为，被告人范某某从建筑物抛掷物品，情节严重，其行为已构成高空抛物罪，鉴于其归案后自愿如实供述自己的罪行，承认指控的犯罪事实，愿意接受处罚的，可以依法从宽处罚。最终雁江区人民法院依法作出上述判决。
