With Mother’s Day just around the corner, Northumberland’s only Michelin star restaurant is on hand to help mark the occasion. Following the sell out success of Restaurant Hjem’s Christmas Comfort and Valentine’s Day boxes, the team, based in Wall, has put together another collection of tasty treats for people to enjoy with their loved ones on March 14. While lockdown continues to prevent head chef Alex Nietosvuori and his partner and restaurant manager Ally Thompson from welcoming guests into Hjem’s dining room, the couple hope these at-home offerings will help to make Mothering Sunday weekend that little bit more special.
