UPDATE: Portland Fire & Rescue announces that fireworks started the fire that killed two and hurt four others.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible for the early morning July 4, 2021, fire at the Heidi Manor apartment complex in Northeast Portland that killed two men and injured four others, including a 25-year-old woman who suffered critical injuries.
