The spot where the incident took place MUMBAI: An oil tanker caught fire after it hit a container on Mumbai-Ahmedabad national highway in Nalasopara early on Monday morning. The container too caught fire. The drivers of the vehicles sustained burn injuries. The condition of the tanker driver is critical. Both the oil tanker and the container were badly charred. At around 3.45am, the oil tanker was headed towards Ahmedabad in Gujarat. It crashed into a container ahead of it at Pelhar Phata in Nalasopara. Due to the impact of the crash, the tanker went up in flames. Not many vehicles were on the road at the time of the incident.
