LANSDALE, PA Abington Lansdale Hospital performed well in the latest hospital safety grades put out by the research group Leapfrog.The hospital received a B grade for safety.
There were just 56 across Pennsylvania who received the top A grade for safety, the study shows. Specifically, the study ranked hospitals based on their ability to protect patients from preventable errors, accidents, injuries and infections.
More than 2,700 general, acute-care U.S. hospitals were assessed nationwide for Leapfrog s Spring Safety Grades.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA The research group Leapfrog has published their latest update to hospital safety grades, and three in Bucks County earned the top mark.
Doylestown Hospital, St. Mary Medical Center and St. Luke s Quakertown Hospital were among just 56 across Pennsylvania to receive the top A grade for safety, the analysis shows.
