CALGARY, AB, May 10, 2021 /PRNewswire/ - Pembina Pipeline Corporation ( Pembina or the Company ) (TSX: PPL) (NYSE: PBA) reported the voting results from its annual meeting of common shareholders held virtually on May 7, 2021 (the Meeting ). Each of the matters voted upon at the Meeting is discussed in detail in the Company s Management Information Circular dated March 19, 2021 (the Information Circular ) and is available on the Company s website under Investors – Shareholder Information at www.pembina.com.
A total of 328,903,599 common shares representing 59.81 percent of the Company s issued and outstanding common shares were voted in person and by proxy in connection with the Meeting. The voting results for each matter presented at the Meeting are provided below:

CALGARY, AB, May 6, 2021 /PRNewswire/ - Pembina Pipeline Corporation ( Pembina or the Company ) (TSX: PPL) (NYSE: PBA) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a common share cash dividend for May 2021 of $0.21 per share to be paid, subject to applicable law, on June 15, 2021 to shareholders of record on May 25, 2021. This dividend is designated an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes. For non-resident shareholders, Pembina s common share dividends should be considered qualified dividends and may be subject to Canadian withholding tax.
For shareholders receiving their common share dividends in U.S. funds, the May 2021 cash dividend is expected to be approximately U.S. $0.17 per share (before deduction of any applicable Canadian withholding tax) based on a currency exchange rate of 0.8149. The City of Kenora has received $5000.00 from Kal s RePlay Fund to enhance the downtown core this summer.
The funding will be used to improve over 120 tree wells throughout the Harbourtown Centre. The landscaping project fills the base of the tree with recycled rubber product to level out the surface and bring it up to grade.
