A new look is planned for a Latter St site.
A site in Timaru formerly occupied by St John and the Aidan Theatre is to be redeveloped into offices and retail. “Initially there are 11 spaces available, but there’s flexibility with the final floor plan,” Property Brokers sales consultant Maria Clark said. The 1965 square metre site at 24 Latter St is owned by Shaun and Kerri Breen, who Clark said would build the units and lease them. The units varied from two level 110sqm (each level) to single level 64sqm units, but Clark said there was flexibility regarding the final design, if tenants wanted a bigger floor space this could be provided.
