According to officials of the capital administration, coronavirus has claimed more lives of people who are aged 80 and above with the ratio recorded at 14.31pc. The second highest percentage of deaths among Covid-19 patients was reported in the age bracket of 70-79 which was 8.16pc, followed by 3.85pc in the age range of 60-69, 1.47pc among people in the age group of 50-59, 0.58pc in 40-49 age, 0.14pc in 30-39, 0.034pc in 10-19, 0.031pc in 0-9 and 0.014pc in the age bracket of 20-29, the officials added.
