TEWKSBURY, MA Tewksbury police arrested a New Hampshire man Sunday and charged him with operating under the influence, third offense.
Shane Moher, 34 of Durham, New Hampshire, was charged with third offenses of operating under the influence of both drugs and alcohol, fentanyl possession and driving violations.
Police responded to an accident near the Cracker Barrel. According to the police narrative, an officer saw in plain sight a baggie containing what appeared to be fentanyl and drug paraphernalia in the car.
