Lowell police officers disciplined after off-duty incident in Bentonville Share Updated: 8:17 PM CDT Apr 6, 2021 40/29 News Share Updated: 8:17 PM CDT Apr 6, 2021 Lowell Police announced Tuesday that 2 officers were disciplined after the department received a complaint. The officers are accused of parking their motorcycles in a perceived handicap spot in Bentonville while off-duty. A Lowell police spokesperson said the two officers parked in a yellow marked parking spot outside a Braum s in Bentonville last Friday afternoon.A press release stated the officers attempted to justify their bad decision and provided police identification when they felt the incident might continue and get confrontational. What Happened To Moses Harris?
One night last December, Lowell Police responded to a call reporting domestic battery and vandalism at the apartment a woman shared with her fiance, who she said had threatened her and punched through her car windshield with his bare hands before leaving. As police dispersed throughout the city to find and arrest the man, Moses Harris, one officer came upon his car in a parking lot near the Concord River.
