A man allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year-old in a Williamsport hotel, leading to her becoming pregnant, according to the Lycoming County District Attorney’s office.
Tyree Holly, 25, of an unknown residence, allegedly used a ride-share service to transport two female minors to his room at a downtown Williamsport hotel, where the alleged crime occurred, the night of Nov. 14, according to Loretta Clark, a detective with the DA’s office.
When the victim first informed Holly she was pregnant in late November, he allegedly apologized and offered to financially support her. However, Holly allegedly contacted her in late December and threatened to “shoot her” and “steal the baby,” according to Clark.
