Leslie Mead is a believer in the holiday spirit. This has been a tough year for everyone, but Mead lost her longtime companion Gwenn (her dog) who graced our “Your News” pages regularly over the years and will miss her kids this holiday season and yet, she still believes in the holiday spirit.
She said between the carolers, ice sculptures, decorations at the Hooper Mansion, and gingerbread at the Lee, the holiday spirit is all over Marblehead.
We agreed and to share some of that. We asked the public and public officials alike to share some of their favorite holiday memories with us. So grab a cup of cocoa, a hot toddy, or whatever your favorite holiday drink might be and join us for a trip down memory lane.
