Michael Wuyts-Smith will file for the District One seat now held by Loren Jones, who is term-limited and barred from seeking re-election.
Wuyts-Smith made this pitch for election to the Assembly while a guest on Action Line. It s no secret that our Assembly needs to be more diverse. It needs a voice for the people.
Wuyts-Smith added that he has been fighting for causes his entire life that I believe in. LGBTQ causes. I ve defended my race on numerous different occasions. I ve been to every Black Lives Matter rally that you could possibly be to. What that showcases is that I am a person of dignity, of honor.
