LC Valley Boys/Girls Club set to close on LHS Normal Hill property

January 22, 2021 The Boys and Girls Club of the Lewis Clark Valley is scheduled to sign the closing agreement today for the purchase of about 7 acres of the former Lewiston High School Normal Hill campus. The $1.3 million sale is contingent on the club’s ability to obtain a conditional-use permit through the city of Lewiston by Sept. 30th, which would allow the organization to operate out of the buildings that are located in the medium-density residential zone. The purchase includes Booth Hall, the machine and auto shops, the industrial arts building and the science and math building, as well as the tennis courts and green spaces.
