A Fairfield County teen has been arrested for downloading and possession of child pornography.Sam Gold, age 19, of Westport, was arrested on Saturday, Feb. 6, following an investigation that took place in April, said Westport Police .

A sixth, and what police believe is final Connecticut teen has been arrested in connection with the attempted robbery and murder of another teen.
The 16-year-od teen was arrested on Monday, Jan. 25, by Waterbury Police, who says he was involved in the robbery-gone-wrong, that resulted in the death of 17-year-old Taevan Mosher, on Friday, Jan. 22, in Waterbury, said Lieutenant David Silverio.
According to Silverio, around 12:23 a.m., Jan. 22, Waterbury Police were called to the area of 43 Esther Ave., for a report of gunshots.
There was a reported fight involving the occupants of two vehicles. Both vehicles departed the area.

A woman wanted in Fairfield County for almost two years for allegedly driving drunk and being involved in a crash has been arrested.
Karen Dombrowski, age 64, of Westport, was arrested by Westport Police on Wednesday, Jan. 20, for an incident that took place on Monday, March 25, 2019.
On March 25, 2019, at approximately 8:33 p.m. Westport Police officers responded to Compo Beach Road on a report of a disabled motor vehicle.
Upon arrival, an officer observed heavy damage on the right side of the car, according to Wilton PD Lieutenant David Wolf.
The driver, identified as Dombrowski told officers she allegedly did not know how her vehicle became damaged, Wolf said.

A teenager has died after a being shot in Waterbury on Christmas Eve and three males are detained in connection to the shooting. Police were called to the area.
